Direct Primary Care is a membership-based approach to healthcare that provides personalized, ongoing primary care for a predictable monthly fee.
At Brewer Medical, your membership includes routine primary care, preventive services, chronic disease management, and eligible urgent care needs without additional charges for covered visits.
ONE OF OUR BIGGEST BENEFITS? SEVEN-DAY-A-WEEK ACCESS.
Healthcare needs don't always happen between 9 AM and 5 PM. That's why DPC members have access to scheduled telehealth care seven days a week, including evenings, weekends, and after-hours appointments, subject to provider availability.
Our goal is to provide greater continuity, convenience, and peace of mind when healthcare needs arise outside traditional office hours.
-
Yes! Seven-day access is part of your DPC membership.
Brewer Medical offers DPC members access to eligible telehealth care seven days a week, including evenings, weekends, and outside traditional business hours.
Whether you have a new health concern, need follow-up care, or have a question about an ongoing condition, our extended availability helps you stay connected with your provider.
After-hours telehealth access is included in your membership at no additional visit charge.
Appointments and responses are subject to provider availability and clinical appropriateness. Seven-day access does not guarantee immediate or 24-hour service. Brewer Medical is not an emergency service. For medical emergencies, call 911.

Individual memberships are $100 per month.
Families enrolling three or more members receive a discounted rate of $75 per person per month.
Returning patients from our previous practice may qualify to retain their verified previous membership rate if it was below $100 per month.

Brewer Medical is primarily a cash-pay practice and does not bill health insurance directly for our Direct Primary Care memberships or other cash-pay services.
However, we are working toward offering select insurance-eligible services through a contracted third-party healthcare partner. This will allow qualifying patients to access certain services using participating insurance plans once credentialing and billing arrangements are finalized.
Insurance coverage, eligibility, participating plans, and available services will vary. We will provide additional information as these options become available.
In the meantime, patients may continue using their insurance for eligible services provided by outside laboratories, imaging centers, pharmacies, and specialists, depending on those facilities' billing policies.
Our commitment remains the same: transparent pricing, flexible options, and personalized care without unnecessary complications.

Brewer Medical offers Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) debit card payments through our secure payment processing system.
Eligible patients may use HSA funds to pay for qualifying Direct Primary Care (DPC) memberships, subject to IRS requirements and applicable monthly limits.
HSA and FSA funds may also be used for certain eligible medical services and expenses.
Eligibility varies by account type, service, and plan requirements. Patients should confirm eligible expenses with their HSA or FSA administrator.

Yes. Brewer Medical offers evaluation and ongoing management of appropriate mental health and neurodevelopmental concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral health conditions.
An active DPC membership is required because these conditions often benefit from comprehensive evaluations, ongoing monitoring, consistent follow-up, and coordination with other healthcare professionals.
Our services do not replace specialized psychiatric care, psychological testing, or treatment with a psychiatrist when clinically indicated.
